Job summary

Hang Seng Bank seeks a high-caliber professional to lead the Prestige Private Wealth Centre Team Head II within Retail Distribution – Branch Network in Hong Kong. You will drive performance, coach RMs, and develop localized sales strategies to deliver premium service and growth across high-net-worth clients.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in wealth management, and fluency in Chinese and English. Mandarin proficiency is a must in this market.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Proven sales experience with high net worth, mainlander and offshore customers.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prestige Private RMs and manage the centre to achieve KPIs through localized sales and marketing strategies.
• Organize promotional activities to acquire new business and monitor sales process for efficiency.
• Enhance customer experience and develop product/ investment knowledge through coaching sessions.
• Monitor sales quality and set clear targets; drive performance across the team.
• Manage operational risk by following bank policies and guidelines.
