Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent, CFA/CFP/CFMP would be an advantage.
• Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/HKSI Licensing Examinations.
• Proven sales experience in high net worth, mainlander and offshore client portfolios with people management exposure.
• High level of customer centricity and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to inspire teams to achieve goals across diverse situations.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a must.
• Professional qualifications like ECF or CB under HKIB are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prestige Private RMs and manage the centre to achieve KPIs through localized sales and marketing strategies.
• Organize promotional activities to acquire new business.
• Monitor and review sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate product briefings and role plays to enhance product/investment knowledge.
• Provide investment consultancy services to high-net-worth, mainlander and offshore clients.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor sales quality and set performance targets.
• Enhance sales team professionalism through coaching and training.
• Streamline sales procedures and improve customer experience and system efficiency.
• Manage operational risk by adhering to Bank and Group policies.
