Job summary

Project Asia Creative Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced senior public relations leader to manage key accounts and translate client needs into strategic briefs for fast-moving teams.

You will drive media relations across Hong Kong and Taiwan, leverage your knowledge of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and Korean pop culture to maximize brand visibility, and lead high-impact brand events with flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of public relations experience with a well-established, extensive media network across Hong Kong; verifiable case studies with measurable outcomes are required.
• Exceptional copywriting and editorial expertise in both English and Chinese, with experience producing press releases, speeches, and official statements.
• Hands-on experience with Xiaohongshu (RED) content operations, including account management, content strategy, and influencer collaborations.
• Proven track record in team management and talent development is preferred; experience in account management and new business development is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead PR campaigns across multiple platforms and adapt messages for local, regional, and global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage key existing accounts to build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Oversee daily client communication and translate client needs into clear briefs for the internal marketing team.
• Continuously refine service workflows to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Execute integrated media strategies across Hong Kong and Taiwan, maintaining relationships with key media and influencers.
• Leverage knowledge of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and Korean pop culture media to maximize brand visibility.
• Support and lead high-impact brand events (press conferences, product launches, media projects) with flawless execution.
• Develop crisis response protocols to protect corporate reputation and mitigate reputational damage.
• Implement integrated PR, social media, and influencer strategies across platforms including Xiaohongshu, with data-driven optimization.
• Define and track PR and social KPIs, producing performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align PR initiatives with brand identity and regional strategy.
