Job summary

Chanel in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Brand Communications Manager for North Asia to lead a coherent PR and communications strategy across Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry. You will partner with global, regional and local teams to elevate brand visibility and drive business impact in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Korea.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
8–12 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, media relations or social media.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a significant advantage.
Multi-market experience and knowledge of China and South Korea are critical.
Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact PR and communications campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders and partners.
Innovative, collaborative, and able to navigate a complex matrix organization.

Act as strategic advisor to division and market teams to elevate brand visibility and leadership.
Drive cross-market collaboration and best-practice adoption to amplify CHANEL's unified voice.
Influence global, regional and local teams to align editorial and influencer strategies across markets.
