Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a PhD-level power electronics expert to join our advanced power solutions team in Hong Kong. You will define DC/DC power conversion ICs and modules, research new topologies, and test power technologies, while providing technical support to customers.

The role involves collaboration with design engineers, FAE and marketing to validate new products, create datasheets, and resolve customer issues. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

Ph.D. degree in EE or Power Electronics is required.
1–3 years of experience in power electronics, analog or digital circuitry.
Ability to debug and analyze hardware issues with basic lab equipment.
Good communication and teamwork; strong English speaking/writing.

Mansioni

Define DC/DC power conversion ICs and modules; research new topology and power technology.
Provide application support and issue debugging for end customers, collaborating with design, FAE and marketing.
