A leading consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the Technical Lead for TAS, POS, and payment gateway systems. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in system support and integration, with strong knowledge of ticketing systems and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential. The position offers a competitive salary range of 22-28K based on experience, along with annual leave and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system support and integration.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, POS solutions, and payment gateways.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Lead for TAS, POS, and payment gateway systems.
• Manage Level 2 support operations while ensuring strict SLA compliance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex technical incidents.
• Coordinate system integration and validate all technical changes.
• Drive project planning, technical design reviews, and implementation oversight.
• Manage proactive tasks including change scheduling, documentation, and disaster recovery drills.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to lead SIT/UAT and quality assurance.
