Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Domain Lead) for Policy Servicing & Claims in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end domain solutions, aligning business requirements with workflows, and driving automation across policy alterations, financial transactions, and claims processing.

Qualifications

12+ years in business analysis, project delivery or domain lead roles in large transformations.
Extensive experience in Life Insurance Policy Administration, Servicing Alterations and Claims.
Strong understanding of financial mechanics like unit pricing, surrender values and loan accruals.
Proficient in communicating in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery for Policy Servicing & Claims domain across servicing, financial transactions, and claims.
Own non-financial servicing, financial servicing and claims processes ensuring SLA/regulatory compliance.
Re-engineer processes to enable automation and self-service on the target platform.
Lead UAT for claims engines and related payout calculations.
