Job summary

Nityo Infotech is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst in Hong Kong with at least 6 years of BA experience and strong insurance domain knowledge. The role requires driving technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders, eliciting requirements, and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities include leading discussions with IT teams, reviewing process improvements, managing testing activities, and providing training. Prior exposure to payment or claims projects is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of BA work experience.
• Must be from insurance with domain knowledge.
• Payment and/or claims project exposure

Responsibilities

• Execute technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders, developing analysis to support process and project improvements.
• Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders and IT development teams.
• Elicit business requirements, perform impact analysis, propose and document end-to-end solutions.
• Analyze, organize and translate user requirements in proper documentation or user stories to facilitate system development and testing.
• Monitor work progress and identify possible deviations of project schedule and assist supervisor in formulating solutions for contingency.
• Manage and monitor the testing activities, user acceptance tests to ensure enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications and in good quality delivery.
• Handle user enquiries and production issues.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training.
• Shared responsibilities with peers to balance assignments; assist peers on higher priority assignments.
• Plan agenda and drive meetings/discussion with peers (end to end meeting)
