Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners leads a pivotal Lead Business Analyst (Domain Lead) role focusing on Core Policy Administration System (PAS) replacement and data migration within Life Insurance. You will drive policy lifecycle design, data conversion rules, and end-to-end business readiness across Servicing, Claims, and Finance domains.

The role requires deep PAS expertise, strong data governance, and bilingual communication in English and Chinese, with location at Hong Kong Island.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Core Policy Administration (PAS) replacement/transformation in Life Insurance.
• Deep knowledge of policy lifecycle state management, data migration mapping, and core system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the core policy admin delivery scope, including master policy records, policy state machine, endorsement frameworks, and core system business logic
• Partner with data migration teams to define conversion rules, target state mappings, historical data retention policies, and data cleansing logic
• Ensure target core PAS capabilities support end-to-end business journeys without unapproved customizations
• Manage cross-cutting dependencies across all sub-domains (Servicing, Claims, Finance) relying on core PAS capabilities
• Drive business validation for data conversion cycles, mock cutovers, and day-one core operational readiness

Lead business delivery for the Core Policy Administration System (PAS) domain, driving core functionality delivery, policy database schema alignment, data migration business rules, and contract lifecycle processing.

Key responsibilities

Own the core policy admin delivery scope, including master policy records, policy state machine, endorsement frameworks, and core system business logic

Partner with data migration teams to define conversion rules, target state mappings, historical data retention policies, and data cleansing logic

Ensure target core PAS capabilities support end-to-end business journeys without unapproved customizations

About you

Extensive experience in Core Policy Administration (PAS) replacement/transformation in Life Insurance

Deep knowledge of policy lifecycle state management, data migration mapping, and core system architectures

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline

At least 12 years of business analysis, project delivery or domain-lead experience in complex transformation programmes

Fluent communicator in English and Chinese
