Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (Domain Lead) for Policy Servicing & Claims in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end domain solutions, aligning business requirements with workflows, and driving automation across policy alterations, financial transactions, and claims processing.

The candidate will lead domain delivery, collaborate with Ops, Claims Assessment, Customer Care and Compliance to ensure regulatory and SLA adherence, and manage UAT for

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business analysis, project delivery or domain lead roles in large transformations.
• Extensive experience in Life Insurance Policy Administration, Servicing Alterations and Claims.
• Strong understanding of financial mechanics like unit pricing, surrender values and loan accruals.
• Proficient in communicating in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for Policy Servicing & Claims domain across servicing, financial transactions, and claims.
• Own non-financial servicing, financial servicing and claims processes ensuring SLA/regulatory compliance.
• Re-engineer processes to enable automation and self-service on the target platform.
• Lead UAT for claims engines and related payout calculations.

Lead Business Analyst (Domain Lead) - Policy Servicing & Claims

Lead business delivery for the Policy Servicing & Claims domain, integrating business requirements, operational workflows, and automation across policy alterations, financial transactions, claims processing, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

Own domain delivery for non-financial servicing (address updates, beneficiary changes), financial servicing (partial withdrawals, policy loans, surrenders, top-ups), and claims management (intimation, assessment, settlement)

Re-engineer servicing and claims business processes to leverage automation and self-service capabilities on the target platform

Work closely with Operations, Claims Assessment teams, Customer Care, and Compliance to ensure regulatory and SLA compliance

Lead UAT for claims engines, payout calculations, and policyholder communication triggers

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline

At least 12 years of business analysis, project delivery or domain-lead experience in complex transformation programmes

Comprehensive experience in Life Insurance Policy Administration Operations, Servicing Alterations, and Claims Assessment/Settlement

Deep familiarity with financial alteration mechanics (unit pricing, surrender value calculations, loan interest accruals)

Fluent communicator in English and Chinese
