Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited is seeking a Planning Manager to lead the planning and scheduling function across multiple infrastructure projects. You will guide a team of planning engineers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery while aligning with contractual obligations and organizational goals.

The role requires oversight of master schedules, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and close collaboration with project directors and stakeholders to optimize planning strategies and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years planning experience; ≥7 years in main contractor.
• MTR projects experience essential.
• NEC4 contracts knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor planning team to deliver programs.
• Develop and maintain master schedules for large projects.
• Ensure contractual compliance and milestone achievement.
• Oversee progress reporting and forecasting across projects.
• Perform delay analysis and manage extension of time claims.
• Collaborate with project directors and stakeholders to align strategies.
• Provide planning input for tenders, resources, and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
