Job summary

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and PowerPoint, with strong English and Chinese communication.

The successful candidate will contribute to project coordination, tender support, and planning governance on landmark infrastructure and construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Studies or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant construction planning experience for building or civil projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor master programmes and detailed project schedules for building and civil engineering projects.
• Prepare construction methodologies, logistics plans, work sequences, and technical submissions for tendering and project execution.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays and risks, and implement planning strategies to maintain timelines.
• Produce planning reports, presentations, and project documentation for clients, management, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize construction sequences and resource allocation.
• Support tender submissions by providing planning input, programme analysis, and methodology proposals.
