Mace is seeking a Senior Planning Lead to drive planning excellence on a large-scale infrastructure programme across multiple sites. The role starts in November, subject to approval, and requires strong scheduling and project controls expertise to inform client decisions.

You will lead a planning team, coordinate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, and contribute to long-term operational resilience and carbon impact management within delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience leading planning teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong grasp of scheduling methodologies and earned value management.
• Proven ability to inform decision-making with clear insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the application of advanced planning and scheduling methodologies to drive programme certainty.
• Apply planning, EVM and project controls to inform decisions.
• Communicate insights clearly to clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Influence complex requirements and propose corrective actions.
• Manage and develop a high-performing planning team.
• Contribute to net-zero goals by managing carbon impacts in delivery.
