Qualifications

Planning Manager / Senior Planning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager / Senior Planning Engineer to play a key role in the successful delivery of major building and civil engineering projects. This position is responsible for project scheduling, programme development, construction planning, tender support, and overall project coordination, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor master programmes and detailed project schedules for building and civil engineering projects.

Prepare construction methodologies, logistics plans, work sequences, and technical submissions for tendering and project execution.

Track project progress, identify potential delays and risks, and implement effective planning strategies to maintain project timelines.

Produce planning reports, presentations, and project documentation for clients, management, and project stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with project teams to optimize construction sequences, resource allocation, and overall project performance.

Support tender submissions by providing planning input, programme analysis, and construction methodology proposals.

Requirements

Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Studies, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in construction planning for building and/or civil engineering projects.

Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
