Job summary

Mace Consult is seeking a Project Controls Senior Manager/Associate Director to join a global PMO supporting a large portfolio of Corporate Real Estate projects across Asia and MEA. You’ll lead planning, scheduling, cost and risk management, and deliver dashboards and governance across multi-country programs.

Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous. Degree in Engineering or related field; extensive experience in PMO/Project Controls within construction or consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Project Controls/Programme Controls or PMO within construction, real estate, or consultancy environments.
• Experience with planning, cost management, risk management, change control, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities across multiple projects and programmes, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, change control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain project baselines, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Produce executive dashboards and reports to support portfolio-level decision-making.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate governance reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.

The Project

Mace Consult is seeking a Project Controls Senior Manager/Associate Director to join a global PMO supporting a large portfolio of Corporate Real Estate projects across Asia and the Middle East & Africa (MEA). The portfolio includes commercial office developments, workplace transformations, office fit-outs, renovations, and new-build projects. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive governance, performance, reporting, and successful project delivery across multiple countries.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead project controls activities across multiple projects and programmes, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, change control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain project baselines, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Project Controls/Programme Controls or PMO within construction, real estate, or consultancy environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost management, risk management, change control, and project reporting.
• Experience supporting complex project portfolios; exposure to Asia and MEA projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in commercial buildings, corporate real estate, office fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, or new-build construction projects is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar project controls tools is advantageous.
