Job summary

Jebsen Consumer Products Company Limited is seeking a senior sales professional to lead a team focused on driving revenue and profitability across key channels in Hong Kong. You will develop sales building blocks, execute channel plans, and secure new business with major pet retail chains and boutique stores.

You will collaborate with Marketing on product launches and promotions, leverage market insights to maximize gross profit, and closely manage accounts receivable to meet corporate

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in any discipline.
• 10-year experience in distribution/FMCG; pet industry is a plus.
• Solid trade relationships and strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales building block and execute the sales plan, including revenue and GP targets by channel and customers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales & demand forecasts for performance tracking, resource allocation, target and order.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both pet chain retailing clients and boutique pet stores.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding brand's market presence.
• Negotiate trade terms, pricing and contracts in line with profitability goal.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure seamless product launches and promotional activities.
• Propose recommendations to drive sales & GP based on market trends and competitor activities.
• Closely monitor the AR status of clients to ensure AR arrangement meet the company requirements.
