We are looking for a revenue-centric leader to join our team and drive high-value commercial partnerships.

You will be responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing seven to eight-figure brand partnerships that integrate our events into the cultural space.

Prospect relentlessly:Identify and target C-suite decision-makers that align with our audience demographic.
Close new business:Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and pitch presentation to contract negotiation and closing.
Meet dynamic revenue targets:Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sponsorship sales quotas.
Develop strategic proposals:Create bespoke, high-value sponsorship decks that integrate brand objectives with attendee experience (e.g., activations, marketing campaign and promotion, digital integration, and VIP hospitality).
Serve as the primary executive contact for a portfolio of key partners, ensuring best-in-class execution and high renewal rates.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximise lifetime value.
Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams to ensure contractual deliverables (brand visibility, on-site activations, content integrations) are executed flawlessly.
Stay ahead of trends in the entertainment, media, and sports marketing landscape.
Provide feedback to the creative/production team on what brands are looking for in experiential activations.
Proven track record:5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, or agency partnerships, specifically withinentertainment, sports, or experiential marketing.
Go-getter mentality:You don't wait for inbound leads. You have a black book of contacts and a history of knocking down doors to get meetings.
Negotiation skills:You are comfortable navigating complex contract terms, legal redlines, and high-stakes financial conversations.
Passion:You genuinely love live events. You understand the magic of a crowd and can articulate that value to a brand marketer.
Networking:You are charismatic and comfortable working a room, whether it's a VIP after-party or a boardroom.
Self-starter:Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Storytelling:Exceptional presentation skills; you can sell a vision, not just a logo on a banner.
Adaptability:Willing to travel to event sites and work irregular hours during event season (evenings/weekends as required).
