Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a senior video editor to join our global production engine that powers multi-channel content. You will edit raw footage, add music, manage quick-turnaround VFX, and collaborate with producers, creatives, and account teams to meet client goals.

You will leverage AI-assisted editing tools while maintaining brand standards, ensuring smooth handovers to online editors, colorists, and sound designers during peak production periods. This role is based on-site in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 6 years of video editing in advertising, documentaries, or drama productions.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, and Illustrator; After Effects and Cinema 4D a plus.
• Familiar with AI tools to improve production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage and stock footage into engaging videos.
• Add temporary music and sound effects to rough cuts.
• Provide online VFX support during peak production periods.
• Use AI tools to assist editing while maintaining brand standards.
• Handover project files to online editors, colorists, and sound designers.
