Job summary

M Moser Associates Limited is seeking a hands-on content creator in Hong Kong who turns briefs into compelling visual content using AI and production tools. Video and motion will be central, with still imagery and other formats to support regional and global audiences.

You will collaborate with design, engineering and project teams, taking briefs from concept to finished content, and contributing creative approaches while ensuring brand standards and clear storytelling across markets.

Qualifications

• Original ideas and strong visual judgement to turn a message into engaging content.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for images and video.
• Confident video editing, motion-design skills, and attention to sound and finishing.
• Ability to turn a brief into a practical production plan and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn from experiments and share learnings.
• Experience in video, motion design, or creative content production (2–3 years).
• English communication with strong collaboration across regions; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and present concepts, references, scripts and storyboards.
• Produce content across formats: short videos, motion graphics, visuals for social, website and presentations.
• Combine AI-generated imagery with photography and footage to achieve polished results.
• Turn expertise into clear stories by explaining concepts and ensuring accuracy of visuals.
• Adapt content for different markets and platforms while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Share methods, templates and workflows and assess production time and cost.
