You will master rotoscoping, color work, and motion graphics, while exploring AI-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency and creative outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-production experience in commercial advertising.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and high-end finishing.
• Experience with generative AI tools for shot generation and workflow improvement.
• Strong collaboration with directors, producers, and creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Finishing & Compositing: Perform rotoscoping, image clean-up and retouching, compositing, and visual effects work to create polished final content.
• Color Grading & Correction: Adjust and enhance color to maintain visual consistency, meet brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create and animate graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and other visual elements that support campaign objectives.
• AI-Assisted Finishing & Shot Generation: Use AI tools to improve post-production workflows, including generating video shots, removing unwanted objects, enhancing faces and skin, and upscaling video quality.
• Offline Editing Support (Bonus): Support video editing projects when needed, helping with storytelling, pacing, and overall edit quality.
• Project Conforming & Mastering: Prepare and rebuild final high-resolution projects, managing exports and deliverables for TV, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with producers and creative directors to deliver the intended visual and creative outcome.
• Timeline & Budget Accountability: Complete projects independently while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 5+ years of relevant post-production experience, with a strong background in commercial advertising, promotional videos, and film finishing.
• Adobe After Effects Expertise: In-depth technical mastery and advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects for high-end finishing, rotoscoping, clean-up/retouching, screen replacements, and precision tracking.
• Generative AI Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing generative AI tools (including text-to-image, video generation, and AI audio platforms) to create AI-generated shots, optimize workflows, and enhance creative visual content.
• Offline Editing Capability (Bonus): Foundational knowledge of offline narrative editing and pacing workflows to assist the editing team during high-volume periods.
• Autodesk Flame Familiarity (Nice-to-Have): Basic or working knowledge of Autodesk Flame is a strong plus, though the primary workflow is centered on more cost-effective solutions.
• Resilience & Learning Agility: High capacity to absorb new post-production technologies quickly, adapt to evolving pipelines, and deliver pristine quality under tight deadlines.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and articulation skills to convey technical or creative feedback clearly to directors, producers, and team members.
• Creative Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the craft of commercial finishing, staying up-to-date with the latest visual effects (VFX) and advertising post-production trends.
