Cathay Pacific Airways Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Content Producer to create photography, video, graphic design and AI-generated formats across channels. You will take assets from concept to delivery, blending hands-on production with AI tools to accelerate outputs.

You’ll collaborate with the Cathay Creative Studio, shoots and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that brings Cathay’s brand, products and customer experiences to life, while ensuring brand standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Arts, Media, Design or related discipline; at least three years in content creation.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools to generate, enhance, adapt and optimise content across image, video and design formats, and interest in testing new tools and workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition and detail.
• Experience capturing still and motion content with professional photography and video equipment.
• Ability to direct and execute smaller-scale productions end-to-end across photography, videography, editing and AI-enabled content creation.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Create engaging visual content across photography, video, graphic design and AI-generated formats.
• Translate briefs into assets that support campaigns, products and customer experiences.
• Develop content from concept to final delivery for social media, digital platforms, campaigns, merchandise, sponsorships and corporate communications, ensuring brand alignment.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, adapt and optimise assets.
• Develop prompts, workflows and approaches to improve quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Explore emerging AI tools and contribute to best practices, governance and quality standards.
• Capture high-quality still and motion content using studio and location equipment.
• Plan, direct and execute shoots, including lighting and creative direction, delivering outputs to a high standard.
• Collaborate with producers, marketers, agencies and partners to deliver creative solutions with attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives; stay updated on content and production trends to improve workflows.
