Job summary

Taiping Life Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Officer/Officer in Agency Development to support recruitment channel development and marketing initiatives. You will assist in planning and coordinating activities, analyze data to optimize campaigns, and help grow integrated business through cross-department collaboration.

Assist in the development and maintenance of recruitment channels to improve recruitment efficiency and quality

Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of recruitment-related activities

Assist in coordinating relevant resources to ensure the effective achievement of recruitment plan goals at each stage

Assist in the planning and formulation of marketing strategies, and promote the implementation of campaign activities

Assist in tracking the effectiveness of campaign activities, conducting data review and summary, and continuously optimizing activity strategies

Assist in product planning and support the development and implementation of product promotion plans

Take responsibility for the coordination and development of comprehensive service resources, and promote the growth of integrated collaborative business

Assist in the communication, coordination, and implementation of integrated development-related projects

Assist in completing other tasks assigned by the department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Insurance, Marketing, Management, or related fields

At least 1 year of working experience of marketing management, manpower development, or business promotion, preferable in the insurance industry

Strong ability in program planning and proposal writing, capable of independently completing program formulation and report output

Good data analysis skills, able to identify issues through data tracking and provide improvement suggestions

Strong cross-departmental communication, coordination, and resource integration skills

Proactive, with strong execution and ability to work under pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), skilled in data report creation and presentation
