Job summary

China Taiping Insurance (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support policies, data management, and HR operations. You will maintain HRIS, assist in leave and attendance processes, and ensure data accuracy across local and regional functions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year HR experience, with fluency in English and Chinese. A five-day work week, training allowances, and comprehensive benefits are offered. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder, eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• At least 1 year HR experience in an organization.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Well-organized, detail-minded, proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with HK labour regulations.
• Maintain HRIS system and update employee database accurately and timely.
• Support daily use of HR systems to ensure data accuracy and quality (data extraction, validation, correction).
• Provide data input and administration for leave, attendance, staff and benefits records, and sick leave checks.
• Support HR operations at local, regional, and global levels.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1．Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations;
• 2．Maintain HRIS system and update employees database on a timely and accurate basis;
• 3．Support daily use of HR systems to ensure the data accuracy and quality, including but not limited to data extraction, validation and correction
• 4．Provide data input and update, and administrative support to HR Department in leave and attendance, staff and benefits records and sick leave certificate checking;
• 5．Support all rounded Human Resources operational matters in local, regional and global level.

Job Requirements:

• 1．Bachelor’s degree holder, eligible to work in Hong Kong, preferably for permanent resident holders;
• 2．At least 1 year relevant HR experience in an organization;
• 3．Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese);
• 4．Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel;
• 5．Well-organized, detail-minded, willing to learn, proactive;
• 6．Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• 7．Strong communication and time management skills, team player;
• 8．Immediate available is highly preferred.
