Job summary

Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch is seeking an experienced banking professional to manage documentation and related risk controls. You will handle drafting/reviewing facility letters and security documents, monitor credits, and prepare reports.

The role requires knowledge of banking products and PRC regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree; HKQF related qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience.
• Familiar with banking products requiring documentation (bilateral loan, syndication loan, trade finance, treasury products, etc.).
• Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations; exposure to systems projects is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, able to work independently under pressure while collaborating with the team.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua must).

Responsibilities

• Documentation handling (drafting/reviewing and checking letters and security documents) within tight timeframes.
• Credit limit and collateral monitoring.
• Prepare reports for internal and regulatory requirements (CBRC and HKMA).
• Proactively contribute to system enhancement projects.

Job description

Documentation handling (incl. drafting/reviewing and checking both standard and non-standard facility letters and security documents) independently within tight timeframe and in a professional manner, as well as handling other related activities;

Credit limit and collateral monitoring;

Report preparation for internal and regulatory requirements (incl., CBRC and HKMA);

Proactive involvement in system enhancement projects from time to time.

Requirements:

University graduate / HKQF-related qualifications preferable;

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking sector;

Familiar with banking products with documentation experience (incl. bilateral loan, syndication loan, trade finance, treasury products, etc.);

Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations and exposure of projects on systems an asset;

Detailed minded, sound analytic skill and able to work independently and under pressure with team spirit;

Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Putonghua speaking is a must.
