Job summary

Yau Lee Holdings Limited is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to oversee on-prem Exchange servers, Nutanix HCI, and cloud environments. You will design, implement, and monitor critical systems, perform automation with PowerShell, and ensure business continuity across hybrid deployments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Exchange admin and cloud management, strong networking knowledge, and be able to work in Hong Kong on-site. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
3+ years hands-on experience with on-premises Exchange and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Administer and monitor on-prem Microsoft Exchange, ensuring email delivery, data protection, high availability, DR planning and peak performance.
Maintain Nutanix HCI environment, perform health checks, VM lifecycle tasks, and firmware upgrades via Prism Central/Element.
Manage and optimize cloud infra on Alibaba/Tencent Cloud (ECS, RDS, WAF, Anti-DDoS) and related resources.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine admin tasks and monitoring workflows.
Configure and troubleshoot enterprise network gear (routers, switches, firewalls) for secure connectivity.
Oversee system monitoring, incident root-cause analysis, backups, and disaster recovery across hybrid environments.
