Job summary

CIF Asset Management Limited in Central, Hong Kong, seeks an experienced Execution Trader to oversee daily trading desk operations and end-to-end order flow execution. The role includes real-time risk monitoring, P&L analysis, and optimizing inventory allocation to support client franchise growth.

The candidate should have 5+ years of sales trading experience, a Master’s degree in a finance-related field, fluency in Mandarin, and strong VBA/Python skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of sales trading experience at top-tier platforms.
• Fluent in Chinese, including written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
• Proficient in VBA and Python.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trading desk operations, supervise end-to-end order flow execution, and mitigate hedging risks.
• Manage and maintain the trading book, conduct real-time risk monitoring and analyze P&L movements.
• Optimize position inventory allocation and explain P&L fluctuations.
• Develop and execute targeted trading strategies to support client franchise development and growth.
