Job summary

Gammon Pte. Limited seeks a seasoned Construction Project Lead to plan, organize and execute large-scale projects, guiding operational teams toward clear milestones in a fast-paced environment.

You will enforce safety, quality, and contractual standards, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and support the Commercial team on contractual matters.

Degree in Civil Engineering and 15+ years MRT project experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by relevant board.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction leadership roles.
• Extensive MRT project experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, control, and execute construction projects to meet objectives and timelines.
• Lead and manage operational staff to achieve targets and performance.
• Establish and implement safety controls and develop long-term work plans.
• Ensure compliance with Quality & Safety Plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate site activities with operations teams and contractors to maintain workflow.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to support delivery.
• Support Commercial team with input on contractual matters.
