Key duties include collaborating with customers and factories, refining pricing and development, and supporting online marketing and sales strategies while maintaining strong relationships across functions to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in merchandising, preferably toys or consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with online SCM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Visual merchandising sense and ability to influence store layouts.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop, price and produce proposed product ranges.
• Identify and evaluate new products or merchandising opportunities aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate with factories for development and production of client orders.
• Support online marketing and sales strategy.
• Maintain strong customer relationships across functions.
• Explore new customer relationships through meetings and product presentations.
