Ebro Executive Search Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) in Hong Kong. You will handle full QS functions for E&M projects, from tendering and estimation to budget control, contracts administration, and final accounts.

This role demands strong communication in Chinese and English and a professional qualification. The successful candidate has at least 7 years of large-scale E&M QS experience, a degree in QS or related field, and a solid track record.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services / Electrical Engineering.
• Professional qualification such as HKIS or RICS.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in large-scale E&M QS work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Chinese and English.

Responsabilités

• Perform full QS functions for E&M projects from tendering, estimation, handling claims, budget control, pre/post-contract administration, final accounts.
