Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our cost management team and support pre- and post-contract activities across multiple projects.

You will conduct tender analysis, cost estimation, and variation valuation, liaise with consultants and contractors, and contribute to project cost controls with a focus on E&M, interior fit-out and capital projects. The role is based in Hong Kong, with start anticipated in Q4 2026.

Formación

• 5-8 years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying or commercial management
• Strong in E&M, construction, interior fit-out, or capital projects
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist all pre- & post-contract stages quantity surveying duties
• Handle tender analysis and bidding, tender documents administration, material take-offs and pricing
• Measure works, valuation of variation, prepare cost estimation, extensions of time, certifying payments and variations
• Liaise with consultants/contractors/specialist suppliers and support administrative matters
• Attend site inspections, visits, site meetings or tender interviews when required
• Develop basic Quantity Surveying skills and experience
