Zusammenfassung

ATAL Engineering Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (E&M) to lead contract administration and cost control on multi-discipline projects. You will review contracts, prepare estimates, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to protect commercial interests.

The role requires a degree in QS or engineering, at least four years’ experience, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in contract administration for building/multi-disciplinary E&M projects.
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Aufgaben

Assist in handling contractual and commercial matters of multi-discipline E&M projects and tenders.
Review correspondence and advise on contractual responses.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and potential delays; advise accordingly.
Liaise with external and internal parties on contractual matters.
Provide professional QS advice to FM team and client.
Handle pre- and post-contract QS duties, including tender analysis and pricing.
Prepare cost estimates, subletting, extensions of time, payment certificates and final accounts.
