Job summary
ATAL Engineering Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team and support multi-discipline E&M projects.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering with 7+ years in contract administration, and can work independently or in a team. Proficiency in English and Chinese, and MS Office are required. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes performance bonus and education subsidy.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- 7+ years in contract administration on multi-discipline projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
- MS Office proficiency; MS Project is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in contractual and commercial matters of multi-discipline E&M projects.
- Prepare and update variations and claims.
- Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreements.
- Review correspondence and advise on contractual responses.
- Monitor project progress, flag delays and risks.
- Maintain contemporaneous records for projects.
- Prepare claim submissions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments related to QS work.
- Assist in multiple project finance monitoring.
