Job summary

Lanon-Development-Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced E&M engineer to lead building services projects, apply your degree, and supervise site works across MVAC, ELV, and BMS systems.

You will use AutoCAD and Revit, contribute to project management through design, installation, and commissioning, and mentor junior staff. Enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcomed and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in E&M works.
• Knowledge of engineering related computer software applications.
• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• 4–8 years' experience in electrical design/installation and supervision.
• Experience in MVAC, ELV and BMS design & plan.
• Experience with project management and site operations.
• Proven experience with CAD/Revit and related tools.
• Registration as Electrical Worker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle building / E&M construction projects.
• Exposure to full-cycle engineering project management.
• Supervise subcontractors and site operations for foundation projects.
• Participate in design reviews and project planning.
• Assist in coordinating MVAC, ELV and BMS systems on site.

Education

Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Higher Diploma/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Higher Diploma/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Degree in EE/ME/BSE or equivalent

Registered Electrical Worker (preferred)
