Job summary

ATAL Building Services Engineering Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Engineer / Project Engineer to support day-to-day project activities. You will liaise with clients, main contractors and internal teams, ensuring progress and safety on site.

Fresh grads may join as Assistant Engineer with on-the-job training and clear career progression. The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Building Services, 5 years' E&M project experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Building Services or related engineering discipline.
• 5 years’ relevant experience in E&M Building Services contracts.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and main contractors as well as internal parties to ensure smooth day-to-day running of projects.
• Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Assist Project Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control.
