With continuing growth and development, we are seeking an experienced Engineer or Senior Engineer specialised in Building Services/ MEP Engineering to join our growing team to contribute to our company.

We are looking for an MEP Engineer with proven 4 to 8 years of relevant working experience. Whether you join us as Assistant Engineer, Engineer or Senior Engineer will depend on your level of experience. We prefer you to be with:-

Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a local or overseas tertiary institution.

Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, oversee and deliver installations for MEP projects.
• Conduct tendering, detailed calculations, submissions, and analyses to ensure MEP systems complying to relevant regulations and specifications.
• Implement site management to oversee site supervision, contract execution, and general project management.
• Conduct project documentation to produce and manage as-built drawings, operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and annual servicing records.
• Handle other project-related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
