Job summary
MeeOpp in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced site operations lead for foundation projects. You will manage MEP design oversight, coordinate with project teams, and ensure quality and safety.
Candidates should have a degree in EE/ME/BSE or related, at least 4 years on-site experience with supervisory exposure, and familiarity with MVAC, ELV, and BMS design. Knowledge of PowerBI, Notion, and Asana is a plus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in MEP design on a variety of projects, sectors & values.
- Experience with design stage guides (RIBA plan of work, BSRIA Guide BG6).
- 5 day work week with competitive commission scheme.
- Experience in project management and supervising staff.
- Oversee inspection and maintenance of all mechanical systems.
- Plan and conduct regular internal audits.
