Job summary
Shinryo (Hong Kong) Ltd seeks an experienced Electrical/Building Services professional to lead and supervise E&M construction projects on site in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes project management, coordination with subcontractors, and hands-on design knowledge in MVAC, ELV and BMS systems.
Applicants should hold a degree or higher diploma in Electrical/Building Services Engineering with relevant site experience and a preference for candidates with a Registered Electrical Worker credential.
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- HD or Diploma with relevant site experience in E&M works.
- Experience in project management and supervision on site.
- Licensed electrical worker credential is preferred.
- Knowledge of MVAC, ELV and BMS systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Handle building/E&M construction projects from planning to execution.
- Participate in project management activities and coordination.
- Supervise repair and maintenance works of subcontractors.
- Contribute to design and planning for MVAC/ELV/BMS systems.
