Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years field service or medical device experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with healthcare equipment in clinical environments preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements in medical devices.

Aufgaben

• Install, calibrate, and maintain Baxter medical devices in Hong Kong.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device issues; coordinate with distributors and regional teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and service logistics.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, HR, and IT teams.
