Baxter is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Technical Service to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Baxter medical devices in Hong Kong. The role collaborates with customers, distributors, and regional/global teams to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include field service operations, customer and distributor support, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on quality documentation, KPI tracking, and timely service actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of field service, technical support, or medical device engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting healthcare equipment and clinical environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements within the medical device industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and service medical devices.
• Coordinate field actions, product upgrades, recalls, and other service activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory, logistics, and shipping arrangements.
• Document all service activities accurately in the service management system.
• Collaborate with regional/global Technical Service teams and support distributors.
