Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Margin Financing professional in Hong Kong to drive margin growth. The role requires monitoring exposures, refining policies, and negotiating complex financing structures with internal stakeholders.

English and Mandarin fluency are essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, strong risk analysis skills, and a deep understanding of HK/US margins.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry with direct margin financing experience.
• Experience in first line of defense control, credit risk or risk analysis is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong and US stock markets, and margin financing risks.
• Knowledge of margin financing client characteristics, demand, and trading strategies.

Mansioni

• Assist with financing limit and margin ratio applications and manage project implementation.
• Monitor margin exposure across client portfolios and coordinate with the sales team.
• Develop, maintain and upgrade internal margin financing policies and guidelines.
• Negotiate with Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations on complex transactions.
• Explore and design alternative financing frameworks including reverse SBL, repo, and swaps.
• Prepare margin financing materials such as client profiles, case studies, and investor education resources.
