Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the banking sector.
• Sound knowledge in branch operations and control.
• Good understanding of banking operations, controls, compliance, and accounting.
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Control project expense within the approved budget.
• Design the work process balancing customer experience and operations control.
• Maintain branch control mechanisms for operational risk management.
• Support daily operational issues in adherence to guidelines.
