Job summary

Northern Trust in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the Middle Office Asset Servicing and Trade Processing team within Hedge Fund Services. You will oversee verification, settlement, lifecycle events, data integrity, and risk controls while guiding staff and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role demands extensive middle/back-office experience, strong communication, and a track record of process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 15 years in financial services with 8–10 years in middle office.
• Extensive experience in middle/back-office and full lifecycle of transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional global projects and teams.
