Northern Trust is seeking a senior leader to manage the Middle Office Asset Servicing and Trade Processing team within Hedge Fund Services. You will oversee verification, settlement, lifecycle events, and data integrity, while guiding staff and coordinating with global partners.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives and risk management in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in financial services with 8–10 years in middle office.
• Experience across middle/back-office with full transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage Middle Office Asset Servicing and Trade Processing team.
• Oversee transaction verification, settlement, and lifecycle events.
• Lead, coach and develop staff; ensure SLAs and risk controls.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; drive process improvements.
