• 15+ years of work experience in financial services industry, with middle-office exposure
• Extensive experience across middle-office and/or back-office functions and full transaction lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify complex workflows
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a global context

• Provide senior-level guidance to teams, partners and stakeholders
• Translate business strategy into operational priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives addressing complex technical and operational challenges
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service quality and client outcomes
• Act as senior escalation point for time-sensitive matters with clear communication
• Drive efficiency, control, and risk management across the function
