FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, HNW Business to drive growth through effective HNW distribution strategies and partner management. You will lead initiatives with HNW bank-based brokers and Family Offices, shaping campaigns and product positioning while ensuring risk and regulatory standards.

You will manage senior stakeholders, oversee performance metrics, and guide teams to achieve APE, VNB and profitability targets in line with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.
• Excellent analytical and business planning capabilities.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Coaching and presentation skills.
• High professionalism and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute HNW distribution strategies with bank-based brokers and Family Offices.
• Own sales and KPIs, including APE, VNB, CSM, case count and productivity metrics.
• Lead business development for estate planning and wealth-legacy solutions.
• Design and drive HNW-focused campaigns and product positioning.
• Monitor performance, forecast, and drive profitability through pricing discipline.
