Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is hiring for a senior HNW sales leadership role to develop and expand international and bank brokerage partnerships, while coaching partners to boost revenue and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and a proven track record in high-net-worth distribution.

You will work closely with Head of HNW Business Development to implement strategies, manage performance, and deliver exceptional client service across the Hong Kong

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
• 8–10 years experience in HNW/Broker/Bank sales, preferably with distribution channel sales.
• Strong working knowledge of HNW Insurance business and current market conditions.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of HNW Business Development to drive top-line growth.
• Identify and develop international and bank brokerage partners to expand distribution.
• Coach brokerage partners to enhance sales performance and growth for insurance products.
• Collaborate with partners to execute product, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Conduct product and sales skill training for brokerage partners.
• Identify needs of partners to drive sales outcomes.
• Facilitate sales and case management with internal and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and guidelines in HNW sales and distribution.
