Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking a senior operating leader to own the end-to-end HNW value chain across multiple markets. You will drive the target operating model, oversee underwriting, policy administration, and client service, and build scalable, compliant processes.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a multi-hub team across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bermuda and Dubai, partner with Distribution and Group functions, and ensure governance, data quality and technology enablement.

Qualifications

• Senior operations or transformation leadership experience in life insurance or wealth management.
• Deep understanding of the HNW value chain across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience building multi-hub operating models and establishing new locations/shared-service capabilities.
• Strong grasp of regulatory expectations across markets (e.g., HK, SG, Bermuda, Dubai).
• Experience delivering technology platforms and automation in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the target operating model across all HNW hubs and harmonize end-to-end workflows.
• Oversee underwriting, new business and case management with consistent standards.
• Ensure accurate policy administration and reliable post-issue servicing.
• Embed day-to-day compliance and strong controls across jurisdictions.
• Drive delivery of a single HNW technology platform with data quality and STP.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery and enablement for sales teams.
• Lead a multi-hub operating team and balance central standards with local execution.
