Job summary

Chief Group Limited seeks a Senior Sales Manager focused on Global Equities and HNW clients to drive AUM growth and revenue. The role targets HK and US equities, overseas wealth solutions, and structured products for retail investors, HNWIs, and PIs with a strong compliance mindset.

You will own targets for asset growth, client acquisition, and product allocation while maintaining deep client relationships and cross-border advisory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years wealth management sales experience with client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Familiarity with HK/US equity funds and overseas wealth solutions.
• Strong network among HNWIs and PIs preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin; English and Cantonese highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of HK/US stock funds, overseas wealth solutions, and structured products.
• Maintain and grow client relationships; design asset allocations.
• Cultivate HNWIs and PIs through salons, roadshows, and personalized advisory.
• Track client needs and market dynamics to boost retention and reinvestment.
• Ensure compliance with SFC regulations and proper sales conduct.
