Job summary

Hong Chi Association in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced senior manager to help drive its mission in rehabilitation services. The role supports the General Secretary, guiding strategy implementation and monitoring service development.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team, initiate and implement service development strategies, establish quality assurance, and lead staff training and development while building partnerships with stakeholders across sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Work or related field, preference for rehabilitation studies.
• At least 5 years’ experience in senior management (social work officer level or above) in rehabilitation services.
• 15 years of managerial experience in social services and/or experience with intellectual disabilities is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and execution abilities; ability to collaborate with other professionals.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Uphold the mission and assist the General Secretary in driving the organization’s strategy and monitoring service development.
• Lead a cross-disciplinary team and initiate/implement service development strategy.
• Establish service quality assurance mechanisms and staff training and development.
• Forging strong strategic partnerships with stakeholders from all sectors.
