Job summary

HKUMed – The University of Hong Kong invites applications for Senior Manager (Administrative Assistant I) in the School of Clinical Medicine. The appointee will lead junior staff and support assessment-related tasks for undergraduate professional programmes and contribute to curricular reforms.

• A good university degree, preferably a Master's, with at least 10 years' work experience in higher education.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to lead administrative staff and work independently under tight deadlines.
• Experience in undergraduate programme management and/or assessment-related duties is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead junior administrative, executive and clerical staff supporting undergraduate assessment.
• Develop assessment policies and procedures aligned with curricular reforms.
• Oversee examination preparation and administration and release of results.
• Implement teaching and learning initiatives to enhance student development.
